STUDENT ONLINE ADMISSION

Thank you for your interest! The application is done online. Below are the steps to guide you through the process.  

 

STEP 1: Fill out and complete the online Application Form.

STEP 2: Click the link for the list of requirements for submission.
              NOTE: For the list of requirements and additional instructions for submission, please click enrollment requirements.

STEP 3: Upload the required documents for evaluation then click the SUBMIT button.

STEP 4: An SMS confirmation receipt of the application will be sent to you with your application ID and password for your enlistment.

STEP 5: Submit the photocopy of your requirements at the Guidance Office and receive your test permit.

STEP 6: Pay Php 300 at the Cashier Office for the Entrance Exam fee.

Kindly  visit the guidance office to SUBMIT THE PHOTO COPY OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS and pay Php 300 at the Cashier Office for the Entrance Exam Fee, then  RECEIVE YOUR ENTRANCE EXAM PERMIT. Thank you!
