STUDENT ONLINE ADMISSION
Thank you for your interest! The application is done online. Below are the steps to guide you through the process.
STEP 1: Fill out and complete the online Application Form.
STEP 2: Click the link for the list of requirements for submission.
NOTE: For the list of requirements and additional instructions for submission, please click enrollment requirements.
STEP 3: Upload the required documents for evaluation then click the SUBMIT button.
STEP 4: An SMS confirmation receipt of the application will be sent to you with your application ID and password for your enlistment.
STEP 5: Submit the photocopy of your requirements at the Guidance Office and receive your test permit.
STEP 6: Pay Php 300 at the Cashier Office for the Entrance Exam fee.
